Just a few days left before Christmas, but there is still time to bake some of those easy and delicious Christmas cookies. Let’s get started!
100 g sugar
100 g butter
300 g flour
some of your favourite brand of chocolate spread.
Pour all the ingredients in a bowl mix them all together with your hands.
Put the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Roll it with a rolling pin and use cookie cutters with nice forms.
Put the cookies in the oven and bake them at 170° C for 15 minutes. Let them cool completely.
Then put some of the chocolate spread on a cookie and put another one on top of it.
Repeat until all the cookies are used.
