Let’s bake! Cookie mug cake recipe

You are in a hurry? You’d like a quick treat after a hard day’s work? This mugcake is the perfect answer for you! It’s easy to make and tastes lovely. It will be ready in a few minutes, thanks to your microwave. Then, you can enjoy it all on your own… Yummy. Let’s bake!

Ingredients (for one mug cake):

  • 1 tablespoon milk (or 1 egg yolk)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • A few drops of vanilla essence
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

Mix the milk, the brown sugar, the vanilla essence and the soft butter together.

Now fold in the flour, the salt and the chocolate chips.

Then, put the dough in a little mug and microwave it for 60-90 seconds.

A little tip: you can even add some extra chocolate chips on top.
